When it has finished installing, open up a python file (or open a new file, and on the first line should be a link asking you what language you want.

From here the Python extension should be at the top. Select a theme and then click the header where it says 'Rich support for all your languages' and then 'Browse Language Extensions'.

When opening the program for the first time you will be met with a Welcome Screen, where you can choose a theme.
